If appropriate, a participant can also become the “presenter” and display materials, which will be visible on Ron’s computer in the same way.

By using an LCD projector or similar device, you can have several staff members participate, making this a “virtual seminar” without the fees and travel expenses normally associated with a live program. It also participants to ask questions and get answers on the spot in a very informal interactive fashion.
