Customized Leadership Retreats

To be successful, companies need to instill in their key people a clear vision for the future and empower them to achieve consistently high levels of performance and effectiveness.

Too often, however, the demands of the office make it virtually impossible to look beyond day-to-day responsibilities and develop the kinds of strategies and working relationships that can have a real impact on the long-term success of the organization.

That's why we have created our leadership retreats to help organizations instill a sense of teamwork and comradery that they're not able to do in the office setting.

The majority of our retreats are held at Club Med Sandpiper, in Port St. Lucie, FL. In the team building portion, you'll have the opportunity to "fly" on the trapeze with the members of your team (see bottom two pictures) and reach new heights, both literally and figuratively.

Other retreats have been held as far away as ski resort outside of Zurich, Switzerland, (see photo top right). It's up to you what type of environment you wish to have for your off-site retreat.
