Learning to Fly - A Leadership Retreat
Learning to Fly is a framework for a dynamic, results-driven program that can be customized to your organization's specific needs. It can combine virtually any of our program offerings to produce a powerful and memorable experience for the team.
Presented at an offsite resort location, this retreat lets you experience the steps it takes to enhance your level of teamwork and improve your leadership skills.
At a retreat in Florida, you can literally "fly" on the trapeze with the members of your team and reach new heights - both literally and figuratively. You may also choose another type of resort where you can experience a variety of team-building exercises. These will enhance the ability of your organization to work as a team to achieve greater cooperation, collaboration and productivity.
To provide a healthy balance of classroom instruction, team-building exercises, and general recreation, the program would include a variety of activities such as golf, water-skiing, sailing, tennis, or simply relaxing by the pool.
But don't think this is just a "boondoggle." These programs have consistently produced our best results for long-term business improvement.
